Mr Butterworth, Canada, May: "Chobe Chilwero also a 5 star plus, with a great "can do" attitude. Even though they were completely booked they arranged special meal times etc for us so we could be first at the Park when it opened at 6:30, and even fired up their pizza oven for us for a brunch before we left. Food was fantastic."
Mr Thomas, February: "Both Baines and Chobe Chilwero were exceptional. Chobe had a party of 22 plus us. Totally down to them, they envisaged what impact this might have on us and dined us privately at the lodge, gave us our own 4x4 and motorboat - and a brilliant guide. Their foresight and care suggests that they would go out of their way...
Coleen and Lize stayed there in April 2005: "Chobe Chilwero is definitely the most upmarket lodge in the Kasane area but as it was outside the National Park, we felt that it seemed more like an exclusive country hotel than a game lodge. Given this reservation, we loved the quality of the lodge. The rooms are large with a full bathroom and a big outdoor shower. Each has its own verandah area overlooking the Chobe River. At the back of each room there is a private courtyard area, ideal for a private dinner. Apparently they put candles and lanterns in this courtyard with a romantic table... Game drives are offered into the Chobe National Park whereas boat cruises are done on the river."
Mr/s Kerrison stayed in June 2005: "Excellent location with fantastic views of the Chobe River. Services and amenities at the lodge first class. Loved the sunken bath and outdoor shower. Staff excellent."
